  • Let's celebrate the first Graduation!

On December 6th, 2024, Yahweh Faith Foundation marked a joyful milestone as we celebrated the first graduation of our top class nursery students into Primary One. The ceremony was filled with pride, laughter, and heartfelt prayers as family, teachers, and community members gathered to honor the achievements of our young learners.

  • It's that special season

    It’s that special season—
A time when we reflect upon our Savior.
No matter where we live, he is with us—our Good Shepherd.
    Yes, Emmanuel—God with us.
    I remember a time 30 years ago.
I was teaching 3rd graders at a Christian school, likely much like Yahweh Faith.
It was Christmastime, and our classroom was decorated with a bit of extra sparkle.

  • Sometimes we pray with eyes open

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you”

    (I Thessalonians 5:16-17 NKJV)

The other evening, my grand-girls accompanied me and my daughter on a special delivery.

  • Jackline Kabarozi's Story

It is quite common in Uganda to have to pay a bribe to get a job, no matter how
menial. It can be worse for women as they are often expected to offer sexual favors for
    employment

  • In the midst of a very severe trial

So often those of us who... Don't think about how we'll get our next meal... Don't often consider conserving water... Rarely grow worried regarding whether or not we'll have clothes to cover us come winter...
  • Judith Musiimenta's Touching Story

When Yahweh Faith Foundation Nursery School chose to locate a mere 500 meters
from her home, Judith’s dream of going to school moved closer to reality. Though a 10-
year-old should be in Primary 4, Judith is in Top of Class, studying with children who
    are four years younger.

  • Make Me Desperate

"Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him"

    (Psalm 62:5 NIV)

Just as school has started for many students here in the States--a time when classes, extracurriculars, and sports begin--the children at Yahweh Faith are resting from their studies.

And they--students and teachers alike--have earned it.

  • Godfrey Museveni's Story

Godfrey Museveni, 36, a casual work at YFF is from a poverty stricken home located in
the village of Kabusookoro in the Kabarole District of Uganda.

  • Walk By Faith

They said, “We’re with you. Let’s get started.” They rolled up their sleeves, ready for the good work.

    (Nehemiah 2:18 – The Message)

When Nehemiah was called from his cup bearer’s position, having been fully equipped by God to do something new, he found favor with the king.

  • Let the children come to me

…Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.

    (Matthew 19:14 NLT)

Children. We equate them with laughter. Winsome wonderment. Uninhibited dancing, twirling, skipping. Rough and tumble rowdiness.

Yes, all these—the outpouring of overflowing joy!
